How to Request a Refund Email us at [ digilabcontactx@gmail.com ] with your order number and we will process your refund within 2–3 business days. You do not need to "return" anything — digital products cannot be returned, and we do not require it.

What Is Not Covered

• Refund requests made more than 30 days after purchase
• Purchases where the full product has been downloaded and the request appears to be an attempt to obtain the product for free

Chargebacks We ask that you contact us before filing a chargeback with your bank. We resolve all legitimate issues quickly and directly.
